There will be two WODs for today! We will be having class all day/
Due to the CrossFit Benefit Golf Tournament for the Wounded Warrior Project as well as the Wounded Warrior In Action Foundation we will be having open Gym from 4:30-6:30 classes! Come in and crush one of these benchmark WODs.

Option 1: Make up Murph. There is a 45 Minute time cap to this WOD
1 Mile Run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

Partition the reps any way you would like

5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats
