Momentum

There is often a misconception in any sort of exercise setting that movments need to be isolated and slow but that just isn’t how life works.  In real life, (and therefore REAL functional training) you don’t have controlled settings and light weights… you DO need to be able to control your body under load and produce force and power in many planes at many speeds.  Instances often arise where you need to be able to create momentum and capture it! Take that momentum and run with it. Life has away of putting weights on your shoulders… well guess what? We are all getting stronger physically and mentally. No matter what obstacle lays before you, or what challenges you face, use that momentum.
