Change can be a scary thing but sometimes when we allow change to come to our lives that’s when the magic happens. So lets get ready for that good kind of change here at Self-Made.

The trainers and I are truly excited to be working here at Self-Made Crossfit. We are not here to take over but to spread the knowledge that we have gained from internships, certifications, and from our experiences as Crossfitters. We are here to empower, inspire, and motivate you all. So thank you for allowing us to come in and stir stuff up. It’s going to be a fun ride.
