DB Ext. Rot.

Then

A.Double under practice
B. Kipping pull up practice
+
20 min AMRAP
20 meter farmers carry (KB/DB)
2 wall walks
4 L- sit pull ups
6 ring dips

As athletes we should should constantly be setting goals. They don’t have to be crazy things but small things that will better our performance. These goals can be anything from a new 1RM power clean to getting one double under because at the end of the day we have made ourselves better. So set goals, write a plan, ask a trainer, and practice practice practice. This weekend sit down for 5 minutes and write 3 realistic goals that you would like to achieve in the next 2 months. And come monday write some of them on the white board in the kids corner so that we can all keep each other accountable. So set goals because without them what is the point?
