What is the purpose? Why do we do this? Each day we step foot inside the gym we should have a purpose. Our purpose is what is going to drive us each time we step foot inside the gym. So lets not just go through the motions but lets gain something and learn something each time we step in the gym.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
-Remember EVERY Saturday at our 10am class is our friends and family class. So bring a friend or a family member so you can show off what you do and get them into it too. And by the way its FREE for them.
-July 20th we will be having a BBQ after class for friends and family.
