200 meter run
20 squat thrusts
20 sit ups

There are a lot of new members at Savin rock and with that being said from all the coaches welcome and we are glad you are here. Now to address all the veterans of Savin Rock remember with all these new faces around us remember to introduce yourself and show them around the place. We are all about hospitality around here. So lets continue to work out and get better each day!!
