One of our members is really determined to get upside down!! No matter how many times or how many TVs she might break she is determined to get to feet up and her hands down on the floor. Even though this video makes me crack up every time it’s shows a lot of heart! Julia says she practices all the time at home, work, and of course at SRCF. This is great comic relief but more importantly shows determination! Julia is going to get that hand stand very soon and when she does I hope she has the video to show us all what hard work and practice really does. So enjoy this video over and over and over but remember the important part never ever give up on yourself. We are all a lot stronger then we think.
