1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run

This is a CrossFit Classic here! Savin rock crossfit chooses this workout each year since we started as another way to pay respect to all those who fought and continue to fight for our freedom.

You can choose to do this workout by your self or with a partner. If you do this as a team, you both run the mile then alternate your rounds of the 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats. for example – P1 does a round of 5/10/15, then P2 does, etc..

Our suggestion (whether you do it by yourself or with a partner) is to run the mile then do 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats for 20 rounds.
