A. Clean – build to a heavy double – can drop the bar bt. reps and quick re set.. 12 minutes for this
C. Strict HSPU – max reps in 1 set
+
“junk in the trunk”
15 minute cap
5 rounds for time:
15 thrusters, 75/55
15 k2E

Cool down:
bench OH stretch x 60 sec.
calve stretch off box x 45 sec. per leg
lacrosse ball bottoms of feet x 30 sec. per leg
