20 sit ups
10 DB hang power cleans, 40/25#
10 DB push press, 40/25#

minute 10:00 – 20:00 amrap
10m bear crawl while partner holds double kb’s in front rack (55/35#)
5 T2B while partner holds chin over bar

~for the first 10 minutes the teams will switch after each movement. P1 does 20 sit ups then P2 does 20 sit ups, P1 does 10 DB hang power cleans, then P2 does 10 DB hang power cleans etc..

~for the second 10 minutes
P1 does 20m bear crawl while partner holds KB’s then P2 does 20m bear crawl while partner holds double kb’s. Then P1 does 5 T2B while partner holds chin over bar, then P2 does 5 T2B while partner holds chin over bar. Etc..
