10 plyo push ups (45/10″ plates)

30 Knees to elbows
40 double unders

**plyo push up on plates is push up, jump hangs onto plates and push up with hands on plates, then jump hands back to ground.  1 rep is each push up.

Cool Down

pigeon pose x 30 sec. per leg x 2
down dog to up dog x 10
