“Memorial Day Murph”
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run
*Can be performed with a partner, break up the reps any way
*Sub in 1600m row or 4 mile AB
If too long, turn into a 40 min amrap of:
3rounds
3 pullups/ring rows
6 box pushups
9 air squats
After 3 rounds run 200m
