A2 lateral movement renegade rows x 10m x 3, rest 45 sec.
A3 DB z-press x 10×3, rest 45 sec.
A4 Rope slam x 20sec x 3, rest 45

then

Teams of two must complete the following
10 ball slams 30/20 + 100ft. heavy farmers walk (50’ out and back) x10 rounds (5 each)
50 no push up burped broad jumps, 20/15” every 5 reps
100 cals on the AB – every 10 calories switch
50 T2B -switch every 5 reps
