A1  Back Squat; 10 reps x 3 sets @ 70% rest 30 sec.
A2  dB lat pull overs x 10×3, rest 30 sec.
A3  Plank walks x 20 sec. (slow with minimal hip movement) x 3, rest 30-60 sec.
