A.  Back Squat; 10 minutes to work up to a tough single for the day.. use a spotter with everything over 80%
**between sets of back Squats perform 7-8 feet elevated ring rows
+
top of every 4 minutes complete the following
50m farmers walk @ 35/24# per hand
500m row hold a stroke rate of 26-30
x20 minutes
