A1 Front Squat 1+4 @ 75% where first rep is @ 55×1 tempo and next 2 reps are dynamic x 3 sets, rest 20 sec.
A2 Weighted pull up x 3 reps then drop weight and amrap chin ups x 3 sets
Teams of 2 must complete the following
80 box jump overs, 24/20″
60 dB thrusters, 50/35# per hand
20 cal on the aB each
**break up the reps any way you want.. except for the cals on the bike.. each person must sprint that one @ a time
