A2. Standing single arm DB press x 6-8/side @ 3030 tempo x 5 sets

Top of every 2 minutes for 20 minutes
1 clean grip DL
2 hang power cleans
200/150m run @ high output

**look to add weight each round
50/60/70/70/75/75/875/80/80/80 for Hang power clean based off PC max
For the run look to keep it under 60 sec.
