A1. Back Squat for 4 reps @ 75-80% for 4 sets @ 2xx2 (load body up top), rest 60 sec.
A2. Strict pull up x x 4 (weighted if you can), rest 10-15 sec., rest 60 sec.
Teams of 2 must complete the following:
20 minute amrap
20/15 cal row
10 kb thrusters, 35/24# per hand
10 Pullups
**alternate each movement for the 20 minutes

P1 does cal row, the P2 does cal row, the P1 does 10 kb thrusters, 35/24# per hand then P2 does 10 kb thrusters, then P1 does 10 T2B or 10 K2E then P2 performs the movement. They will continue in this sequence for max rounds in 20 minutes.
