A. Clean; work up to a tough set of 2 reps (you are allowed a 5 sec. reset bt. Reps) in 10 minutes
Rest 5 minutes
B. Clean @ 70% of A for 6 minute amrap
Rest 5 minutes
C. 12 minute amrap of
15 ball slams, 30/20#
15 sit ups
15 box jumps, 24/20” w/ step down
