Things aren’t just going to happen over night. We have to keep practicing and not get frustrated. So lets not get down on ourselves but keep swinging. Practice the small things because the small things add up to the big things. When you aren’t getting something smile it off, ask questions, and keep practicing.

– Don’t forget to buy anotebook to record your daily work outs. These can be kept at the gym on the second shelf in the entrance.
