It is important each day before coming to the box that we are mentally prepared and focused for what the work out is going to be. Each day look at the WOD and imagine yourself doing it. Imagine what body parts are involved and what your breathing is going to be like. Being mentally prepared is half the battle. So prepare the mind so that the body will follow.
