Are you one to workout and just leave without any cool down or stretching?  If this is common to you, are your hips and shoulders always stiff and tight?  Just spending a few minutes after a workout or on an off day could be the remedy for your stiff ways.

I know when I spend as little as 5 minutes to cool down after a workout, it makes a huge difference.  Take advantage of the time to help alleviate some of the tightness or to get some good fresh ideas.

Either way, put the extra time in to limber up, it’ll make all the difference with the health of your body.
