I started taking fitness serious in the Spring of 2012, right in the middle of the. My first workout was 12.4 (150 Wall Balls, 90 Double Unders and 30 Muscle Ups). Needless to say, I couldn’t do the majority of the movements and scaled that workout; but regardless, I was hooked. What drew me to the small gym format immediately was the community. I had never even seen any of the individuals in the gym that day, but they cheered and encouraged me to complete the workout. Each day I walked into the gym, not only was I changing and improving my life, I also had a part in helping others get healthy.
I love being able to help others achieve goals and get stronger each day. , I hope to be able to motivate, encourage and help others be the best version of themselves.
