Paleo Week 1

Paleo Ninjas week 1 is almost done!! Hope your feeling GOOD n staying clean. Points cards are due so make sure you have all your points logged in. There is a paper scoreboard under the  Main Benchmark WOD scoreboard, please log your points for the week. If you had a good start, which I know alot of you did, keep it up find your groove! If your first week was less then stellar, then its time to buckle down. Make the changes you need to, get on track!  Each meal is an opportunity for success or failure, make it a success.
