Zen place

Sometimes we come to the gym with all this baggage from the day we have just lived and we let that baggage distract us. We tend to let all those things distract us from the task that we are about to do whether it’s cleans, wall balls, or burpees. And when we let all those distractions from our day overcome us, we tend to kinda suck that day at the gym. So basically what I am trying to say is – use this place as your zen place. A place where you only have to think about the task ahead and yourself. For this one hour lose yourself in what the coaches are trying to teach you. Focus on their words. Focus on the way you feel. Focus on your body and the way it should be moving. Lose yourself here for that one hour.
