Our MIssion

At Savin Rock, we believe real fitness is about more than getting on a treadmill and watching TV—it’s about strengthening and conditioning your body and mind so you can get out there, explore the world, seek new adventures, and live the life that you desire.

Whether you’re new to fitness or an accomplished athlete, our coaches are highly trained to help you set goals, teach proper form to prevent injury, and design training programs that include basic barbell exercises, Olympic lifts, kettlebells, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a long list of bodyweight movements.

OUR PROGRAMS

Our programs are designed to fit each member's needs. Our main program is Savin Strength. We also offer targeted classes and individual training.

Savin Strength

The Fitness program is designed for members who are just starting off. This program is an ideal position to start your fitness journey. It is also ideal for those who “burn the candle” at both ends. In this program, you will not find set weights, or high skill–complex movements. This program is designed to get people fit, fix muscular imbalances, and not add stressors to people's lives. The workouts will test you, and you will earn your keep, however, the heavy, high-skill demands will be put to the side to allow proper balance amongst each person’s development. This class is part of the regular classes alongside performance.

Olympic Weight Lifting

Learn the technique of Olympic Weight Lifting. Focused on learning the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

Off-Season

This is our program for high school and college students looking to improve or maintain their athletic ability when out of season.

Personal Training

1 on 1 instruction to take your training to the next level or get you back into fitness without the concerns of being in a larger class.

Savin Rock Athletics is an incredible gym that welcomed me with open arms when I was out of my comfort zone. I have gone to several gyms but nothing motivates me as much as SRA. The community, coaches, and overall environment are beyond uplifting and inspiring. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, and provide quality instruction that are a catalyst to your success. I love working out at Savin! Excellent coaching staff, great community, and clean facility with garage gym vibes! Savin has had covid-19 policies in effect since day 1 of fitness centers re-opening which is super important to me – I feel very comfortable here. They are always receptive to feedback, questions, and concerns from members. The atmosphere is welcoming and not intimidating in the least! I highly recommend Savin to anyone with fitness goals!

I absolutely love it at Savin Rock Athletics! The coaches are super friendly and make you feel comfortable no matter what level you are at. When I first started at SRA I was a beginner and really nervous. After my first class I was hooked, I felt amazing & incredibly energized. 10/10 highly recommend!

I have definitely been intimidated by group classes and after trying out Savin I don’t know why! The coaches are amazing and spend so much one on one time with each person. My first class was with Liz and she explains things so well. Being new I was super nervous but everyone in class was super friendly and it helped so much! 10/10 would recommend!
