Hey there, I’m Alex Wetmore, a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer who is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Southern Connecticut State University, which has given me a deep understanding of the human body and how it responds to exercise.

I am also a NASM certified personal trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach. These certifications have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to design customized fitness plans that are tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

For me, coaching is about more than just physical fitness. I am committed to helping people become the best versions of themselves, both inside and outside of the gym. My approach is calm and inviting, and I encourage my clients to trust the process and get better every day.
