This is our program for high school and college students looking to improve or maintain their athletic ability when out of season.
At Savin Rock, we believe in good movement. With youth training, we are more concerned with proper mechanics and form than anything else. We use the squat, the deadlift, and the press to create stability and strength in young athletes.
Our program includes strength training with safe movements and plyometric work. The focus is on proper warmup protocols, dynamic stretching, and pre-hab movements that help stabilize joints and prevent injury. This is important as the athletes enter their regular season and staying healthy throughout.
