The Fitness program is designed for members who are just starting off. This program is an ideal position to start your fitness journey. It is also ideal for those who “burn the candle” at both ends. In this program, you will not find set weights, or high skill–complex movements. This program is designed to get people fit, fix muscular imbalances, and not add stressors to people’s lives. The workouts will test you, and you will earn your keep, however, the heavy, high-skill demands will be put to the side to allow proper balance amongst each person’s development. This class is part of the regular classes alongside performance.
