MEET COACH Maggie

Hi there! I may not have grown up as an athlete, but my passion for fitness blossomed while studying exercise science at Southern Connecticut State University. It was during my time there that I discovered the incredible benefits of an active lifestyle. After completing my degree, I embarked on my career at a boutique group fitness studio, and it was there that I truly fell in love with coaching and management.

When I stumbled upon Savin Rock, something clicked inside me. I knew I wanted to be a part of this amazing community, working alongside Ryan. Determined to make that happen, I eagerly pursued an internship with him to become a coach.

Strength training quickly became my favorite aspect of fitness, and I find immense motivation in continually expanding my knowledge in this area. As a woman, I deeply understand the importance of incorporating strength training into one’s daily routine to promote long-term health and vitality. It’s a personal journey that I’m passionate about sharing with others.

What I adore most about coaching at Savin Rock is the incredible sense of community and the welcoming environment we cultivate for both members and staff. We truly support and uplift one another, creating an inclusive space where everyone feels comfortable to pursue their fitness goals.

Alongside my Associates in Exercise Science from Southern Connecticut State University, I bring a genuine enthusiasm for helping individuals unlock their potential and achieve their fitness aspirations.
