Do you offer Personal Training?
Yes. At Savin, we have a team of coaches that will customize a plan for you to fit your needs. This may include cardio, functional strength exercises, weightlifting, and nutritional guidance. You can find out more about Personal Training here.
Do you offer group classes?
Yes. Our programs are built around group classes. Savin Strength is designed to work for a wide variety of fitness levels. You can scale up if you are more advanced or scale down if you are just getting into fitness for back to the gym. Off-Season is our program for high school and college-aged athletes looking to improve their ability when they are not competing, Find out more here. For those interested in a more technical class, Olympic Weight Lifting will instruct you in the standard Olympic lifts focusing on form and technique, as well as, drills to improve strength.
How does your membership work?
We do not have a one size fits all approach. Members get access to 32 classes a week as with our coaches. You also get access to the WodHopper App where you can register for classes, see each class’s workout and track your progress. After our initial meeting, we will work with you to build a plan that will help you meet your fitness goals.
How does your pricing work?
Since our membership plans are individualized there is no set rate for our memberships. However, you can find more information about the pricing of our programs here.
