Savin Rock Athletics was engineered and built from the ground up specifically to function as a top-of-the-line training facility. Most people are cooped up in offices and vehicles way too much — not good for our health!. So we designed a facility where you get the feeling of being out in the open air (with tons of fans for the summer!). Our building is open and spacious at 5,000 square feet and bay doors all around which we keep open when the weather is nice. We know how hectic life can get, so we’ve got showers and changing rooms for your convenience.  Best of all, our gym is filled with some of the friendliest and most welcoming people you’ll ever meet.
